I'm 25 with my partner and were In very normal jobs but lisa manages the impossible and has got us a fantastic mortgages on our first home and now has done it again with a buy to let! I only own a house because of Lisa! As someone with a small ebay business and a part time job I earned enough to rent, yet couldn't find anyone to give a mortgage on my property when it became available for me to buy. I'd all but given up hope after several "No's", and decided as my final act to ring a local advisor (I thought mortgage advisors only worked on big purchases, not ex council houses) and it's the best move I ever made. We approached Lisa over a year ago as first time buyers looking to apply for a mortgage. Lisa has gone above and beyond for us, trying to get us the best offer and offering the best advice for us and our mortgage. Lisa was able to offer us a range of products that was best suited to us. Lisa has made what I thought would a confusing and stressful experience, an exciting one. She is accommodating and very responsive. She explains the ins and out of the mortgage process easy enough to understand as someone who had little idea to begin with. A lovely lady who is amazing value for money and I couldnt recommend her any higher.
