I've only been with the practice a short time and I'm already disillusioned. I've visited the centre three times and I have been less than impressed on each occasion. A practice nurse who was disengaged and uninterested. A female Doctor who although showed a modicum of interest in my health, was disengaged and less than friendly. However, these two encounters were almost positive experiences compared to my third visit to the practice. A male Doctor who took disinterest and disengagement to a new level. He was borderline rude and clearly wasn't listening to me, with the consultation lasting less than five minutes. A nice modern, shiny building, just a pity they don't have the staff to match it. The only positive experiences I've had have been with its reception staff !! I realise that the days of the family doctor are far behind us, but this practice does little to compensate for the so called progress of having to see a different doctor every time you require medical treatment !!
