Couldn't agree more with the last review! Extremley rude floor Manager and colleague! Always smoking in the doorway while children are walking past and when questioned just laughes. Alot of eye rolling at customers and having conversations amongst themselves while people wait. Attempting to complain but manager says the owner is not interested appalling behaviour from gown women

Used to Smell a bit but new and improved shop is good but overpriced

No customers service, the lady who is the day manager is extremely rude. Leaves you standing at the counter until she's finishes her conversation with someone else who wasn't even buying anything. The prices are ridiculous high, London prices high, when there is 3 other shops near by charging the correct prices. I for one will never use this shop again. I wouldn't mind as much about over priced products if there was some customer service. Try the postoffice at top of the hill, or the other shop just around the corner.
