        We stayed in Matlock Bath for the weekend. The first pub we popped into was the Fishpond, and we didn't move for the rest of the night because the atmosphere was brilliant, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We ordered the pizza, and to say they were the best pizza's we've tasted would be an understatement. We enjoyed the pub & the pizza's that much that we went back the second night and had them again. Would highly recommend a visit to this place. We can't wait to go back.

        A bit of bad internal communication meant our table was not ready when we had booked in advance. Food was good and plentiful. Limited range of drinks upstairs in the restaurant and you are expected to get your drinks downstairs and carry them up. No lift for disabilities
