It was a cheap option for us, and the location was good (apart from the steep climb to get there). The room was a bit grubby. We used the sink and a load of dirty water backed up into the bath (so we decided to go without for the duration). The hot taps are scalding hot, even before you turn them all the way. Beware! The views from the decking area were lovely (but there were a lot of cigarette ends around, which took away from it a bit).
