Absolutely fabulous holiday home. A wonderful quirky old cottage, built into the hillside, cosy and spacious with a log burner, hot tub and gorgeous views. The house is beautifully presented and the beds are very comfortable. The information pack was helpful and the welcome gift pack was very thoughtful. Cromford is a quaint historic village with a pretty millpond, interesting shops, nice pubs and cafes all very close to the cottage. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi. We stayed here over new year a family of 8 .. Lovely cottage. On the first night the oven broke... I contacted the owner Neil who came over and took a look, unfortunately the oven was broken. He managed to sort another one that was delivered 2 days later, Neil kindly paid for a take away the 2nd night for all us and the following day a new oven arrived and fitted. Could not ask for better service and friendly owner. Thanks for making our new year :). Portas & Coates family.

Perched up on the hill is a wonderfull holiday cottage owned by Neil. What a great experience we are having. What a lovely welcome hamper. He was very proactive with every single request we made. The jacuzzi is such a great idea for the family. Rooms are large and airy, the beds were like those at home. Also he made recommendations where to visit and which fish and chips shop to go to. During the night, the fireplace made the lounge cosy and snug and warm for the family of 6 adults and 2 children The whole house is nice, clean and looks like recently refurbished. The kitchen diner seats 8 comfortably The Gillespies and the Lims are having such an excellent holiday in the Peak District. Met the owners of the biggest wicker basket company supplying hampers to the big departmental shops like Selfridges and Harvey Nicks. Met the only Malaysian Ida living in Matlock and invited us straight away for tea and cakes. Roseville Cromford is a great family place and near to all the shops and historic sites and trails. Thank you Neil.
