Went in this evening , majority of staff ignore you( apart from 2 lovely guys cleaning up a spillage ) , person on bread aisle was most put out to have us there choosing bread . Went to tills - all self check out , the supervisor was too busy on her mobile phone to acknowledge us, we had to flag her down to ask her to price check something and then when we put alcohol through we waited and waited for her to look up from her phone , finally my partner went and got her again - she was plain rude like we were an inconvenience. Wont be shopping here again absolutely dreadful customer service

I just went to the garage Cromer and bought two packs of eggs which were unfortunately only 6 packs and the till person said there's a restriction so only can sell two packs. Went back later on same person served wanted to buy another two packets he said he is not allowed to sell anymore eggs as I already bought two. I thought it is ridiculous and reminds me the "big brother watches you if you buy 4 packs of eggs." I find it very pitty. And there was a person's personal decision.

There are never enough staff on the tills, not on the diy check it out yourself area. If you get a too good to go bag then they will not send a message to say the order has been cancelled. Seems beyond the management skill set. They would rather customers travel to the store and let their staff deal with the unhappiness. Truly pathetic management. I have had Several negative experience's recently.
