LRPM Block And Estate Management

I am a co-owner of a holiday property that is unfortunately managed and let by LRPM - this is a list of the issues we have had recently: 1. Paying for new photos & drone footage of the property when we took over in 2021 these still havent been updated on websites despite numerous attempts to get this done 2. Poor quality of cleaning in between guest stays - cobwebs and dust everywhere - I have had to clean myself - even though we pay them for cleaning 3. Giving our incorrect pin numbers for the lock box for guests and not being available on the contact number to resolve this problem 4. Giving out the incorrect address for the guests and not being available to help resolve this issue 5. The cleaner has used an inappropriate cleaning product in our toilet - as we are in the middle of nowhere, we have a water treatment plant - this led to a blocked and overflowing toilet - which we had to resolve as despite paying for their management - yet again there was no-one available on the contact numbers to deal with this issue - resulting in a 400 bill - which we will be sending on to them 6. Constantly having to chase for account updates 7. No replies to our emails to complain about any of the above If you are looking for a dirty and poorly managed cottage to have a holiday in North Norfolk then go ahead and choose an LRPM property but there are better companies to book with If you own a property and are looking for a property management company - then look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble and money.

I have worked with LRPM on a number of projects and the team have always been polite, efficient and professional. As a client I always feel looked after and that nothing is too much trouble! I look forward to working with them again soon!

LRPM helped myself and my 3 year old son during the COVID-19 pandemic. I rented a key worker accommodation for 3 months. A beautiful little flat in the heart of Cromer that was perfect for me and my son. I emailed for help on a Sunday, had a phone call the same day and had accommodation within a couple of days. Very pleased with the service I recieved and would highly recommend. Thank you very much for letting us stay!
