Laughable how incompetent this agent is, I feel genuinely sorry for anyone paying them a fee for selling their property! Booked an appointment to view a chalet in Mundesley 2 weeks ago, get a call from them last night saying please can we rearrange as they have staffing issues to which I told them this was the only day I could do for the next few weeks, Izzie then calls me the next day to confirm that they now can in fact do the viewing at 3pm as originally agreed so I start the 90 mile nearly 2 and a half drive with 2 young kids on board. Get a bizarre call half hour into my journey from Izzie saying can we get there 15 minutes earlier, to which I inform her that the sat nav eta is 5 minutes earlier than 3pm anyway to which she responds no problem I will see you when you get there. Arrive at chalet at 252pm and no Izzie. Waited half hour and no answer from the office, no call to let me know what had happened, nothing at all from them , totally left stranded and when I phone the office no one picks up! I can only think Izzie found something better to do? If anyone cares please could the manager please call me as I really dont want to have to go to head office to explain this fiasco again. Anyone reading this who has a property listed with wh brown Cromer or is thinking of listing with them then please take note as I wouldnt trust these clowns with anything. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

Archie is currently helping me with my house search and is always very thorough and is willing to help out. He has also just qualified as a mortgage broker and I would recommend him highly!

Im a fist time buyer and spoke to Charlie at the Cromer branch. Charlie helped guide me through the process and booked me to speak to a mortgage advisor who will go through my options and the costs involved. Charlie continues to be in contact regarding my property search and I look forward to buying my first home

As a first time buyer I was unsure on the steps I would need to take to secure my first home, I spoke to Archie the mortgage broker, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he was happy to guide me through the different stages of the process and what I would need to get a mortgage.
