Abbotts Sales and Letting Agents Cromer

I cannot recommend the team at Abbotts highly enough. When my mother passed away, they got an excellent offer on her house, but the sale fell through due to a 38 week delay with probate. Despite this disappointment they stuck with the property and achieved another good price. I live in France so it was not easy for me to visit the property, during this time they kept an eye on the bungalow, they organised tradesmen and even did some minor repairs themselves. They saved me a lot of worry and went above on beyond my expectations. Thank you all

I contacted Abbotts Lettings regarding a property they had listed for rent. Amealea Howell and Christopher Fulcher arranged a viewing for me within 2 days. They were so friendly and helpful and sent over all the relevant paperwork within a couple of days. I didnt have to ring them once to ask about the progress. They contacted me. They answered all my queries on the same day and they just made a very stressful time a lot simpler .Best experience I've had with estate agents in a long time. I can highly recommend them. RE: Lettings Department What a very refreshing change compared to other local letting agents who have treated us abysmally. My husband and I are making a long distance move to Overstrand from Warwickshire. (180 miles) Chris and Amelea have provided an outstanding service. Queries have been resolved very promptly even if it involved contacting the landlord first, they have both been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Chris is smart, professional and weve found to be helpful at all times. Amelea has only been with Abbotts 3 months at the time of writing. A very personable young lady, very competent, very helpful and very reassuring during a very stressful time, with a polite and respectful telephone manner at all times. Amelea has answered queries very promptly, if she hasnt known the answer she has said so, but given a time frame to find the information and come back to me, not once has she failed to do so. We have the added bonus of knowing that Abbotts will continue to manage the property once weve actually moved in, we have every confidence that any issues will be rectified without delay. (Unlike what we have experienced lately) Cant wait to move in
