Poor Customer Experience. We went into this shop on Saturday to by a mens ring which we had seen in the window. Upon entering the store there was an almost overwhelming smell of garlic cooking and the assistant we spoke to just didnt seem interested in helping us. I didnt know my ring size and was given a ring sizer and left to discover my ring size and the rings displayed were not sized. It just seemed too much trouble to help us. Maybe the assistant was distracted by the young children playing in the rear of the shop. On the whole there wasnt any interest in us wanting to spend some money.

Failed to get an estimate for a minor repair to a gold chain which was my fault. However was amazed to be faced with a bill which would have paid for a new chain let alone the clasp that was being fixed. Asked for a detailed breakdown of charge which to date has not been received. Warning to all. Get an estimate before asking for repair work
