I worked at there Cromer care home Norfolk for many years & it was the best place to work but once the management & heads of care left roughly 3yrs ago it has constantly gone down hill, the current management r completely useless & don't care, there is so many staff there now that r friends of friends ect & if u aren't one of them they make your life hell, it's not a nice place to work & if your face doesn't fit, which most times it doesn't they will make your life hell till u leave
