Henleys have a property that my wife and i like in Salhouse so i sent them an e-mail after a week no reply so i sent another e-mail after 3 days no reply so i phoned North Walsham branch guess what no reply i presume they do not look after their clients

The sale of my property took nearly two years to finalise. It was nothing to do with Henleys but due to adverse circumstances arising one after the other. Throughout that period I had contact with all the staff either by telephone or personal contact. I have to say I found them easy to talk to, friendly and efficient at all times. I cannot fault them in any way. A1+

Thanks to Eleanor and all the team at Henleys Cromer for making our house purchase a no stress experience from start to finish,they kept us informed throughout and were always available to answer questions and liaise with the vendors.
