I rang JB Postle in a panic at 9 am on a Friday morning, the hob in my holiday rental having packed up and with the next guests arriving in 8 hours' time. I spoke to Ryan, who appreciated the urgency of the situation. He immediately reorganised his engineers' rotas so that someone could visit that day, check the problem and - if necessary - install a new hob. By mid-afternoon they were on site, diagnosing the problem (complete failure of the old unit) and installing a new one. Our incoming guests arrived at 5 pm to a perfectly functioning kitchen, none the wiser as to all the time and effort spent in turning around this issue from start to finish in just a few hours. I was massively impressed by the service and response given to a new customer, and the prices charged were entirely reasonable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this excellent company to other potential customers - I will certainly be using them again.
