We had a wonderful week staying here earlier this month, it was home away from home with all our needs catered for. Flint cottage is in an ideal location, central to all amenities but in such a quiet, peaceful spot in the town. Debbie, your Guide book was amazing, packed with so much useful information. Cromer is such an ideal place to stay for visiting the north Norfolk coast with so many things to do and places to visit. Many thanks for the offer of staying an extra night at such a reasonable rate, and so sorry we couldnt take advantage of this. We ran out of time and didnt manage to fit in a visit to Blickling hall so well be back! Thanks for an unforgettable holiday. Jan & Dave

Flint Cottage in Cromer is the cleanest and most thoroughly well considered property I have ever stayed in. The furnishings and appliances are all top quality and the beds very comfortable. It is so well positioned in the heart of Cromer and to be able to take the dog with us was a real bonus. There is no parking space but we never had a problem finding a free space on the street within 2-3 mins walk and that was across Bank Holiday weekend in August. It is ideal for either summer or winter visits with a fabulous log burner and small patio garden to sit outside. Some holiday lets can look better on the website than in reality but that it is not the case for Flint Cottage - it is excellent.

We had an amazing long weekend here at the end of March. The weather was gorgeous and there was a fab atmosphere, with lots of people about, many dressed up especially for the 1960s festival. The cottage is beautiful and newly decorated throughout in a contemporary style. It was so relaxing to sit in the lovely secluded courtyard garden with a cuppa in the morning, and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked here each evening and did not feel anything was missing. The dogs were made to feel welcome and there was even a pack of doggy biscuits provided for each of them. We also thought it was really handy to have a separate area for the dogs to spend the night. We would not hesitate to recommend anybody who loves the seaside in general, and Cromer in particular. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
