My experience with the Karen on reception gladly will never have to be repeated. I visited to do a job there, removing wheelie bins but was told to make the bins quiet as not to disturb the staff. I asked the bins to keep the noise down but you know how bins are, especially when there's a gang of them. If you visit please remember to keep as quiet as possible as it's open plan and I wouldn't want you upsetting the staff with sounds. After all we all know how sensitive council office workers are to any kind of sensory abuse bless them.
