Last minute booking. We had room 6. The room was comfortable and very clean. Not really suitable for disabled guests, especially room 6 as it has a step up to the en suite bathroom. The room did not have a good view but I'm sure some of the rooms have fabulous views over Cromer. The lamps in the room had built in USB chargers which was very useful. There is very limited parking at the hotel but we parked on the main road for free. Breakfast was optional extra..Lady at reception friendly Nearby activities: Very close to the heart of Cromer.

We stayed here during a cycle tour in appealing weather. The bikes were in an horrendous dirty state when we arrived, but the host didn't flinch! He still stowed them safely in the guest house for us. He was very welcoming, friendly & helpful, as were all the staff we came into contact with - The room (& place in general) was very clean, modern & well maintained, facilities were great & we both found the beds extremely comfortable. Honestly, we couldn't fault the place. I would happily stay here again without hesitation. All 5* If only all guest houses were this good.

Lovely local guest house which was surprisingly modern inside. Rooms and bathrooms had clearly been re-done recently and were very clean. Each room had a sink in it as there was a shared bathroom between multiple rooms. There was also a kettle and tea/coffee free to use in the room, plus a TV with free-view channels which was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was up to date with a nice shower and free soap. I never had issues with it being in use when I wanted to use it and the guest house itself felt quite quiet, despite most the rooms being in use. Our room had a view over the sea front, which was nice to wake up to in the morning. It also had a small radiator which kept the room warm throughout the day and night. I would definitely stay here again, I was pleasantly surprised after booking this last minute!
