Absolutely disgusting service by Ken Woodrow! What a vile human being. Avoid this estate agents at all costs.

Would not recommend. For starters very rarely replied to emails and calls. Took months to get anything fixed. It says in the contract that the property must be cleaned and redecorated to a professional standard yet when we moved in it had not been decorated to a professional standard, in fact there were many things that were not even installed on working correctly. The downstairs toilet door handle and lock never worked the post box flap was not fixed on. The living room door frame consisted of mainly lumps of filler any work done there was bodged. Originally me and my wife moved in together about 3 years ago we lived there together with our baby son for a year and a half but we split and I moved out and she still lives there. When we split I told woodrows that I no longer live there a wish to be taken off the tenancy so they asked for it in writing so I did and personally handed it to the owner who said it will be done straight away and over a year later he tells my ex wife that she has to pay 50 to remove me from the tenancy. A couple of months ago the owner decides to do a visit to the house out of the blue and starts picking out all sorts of stuff and asks for the punch bag to be removed and for the 3 tiny holes in the cement joints to filled but asks specifically for cement (so my ex wife would have to buy a whole bag of cement and sand just for 3 tiny holes considering the house is riddled with holes after sky and other workers have bolted ladders to the house for safety who only filled the holes with silicone). More recently the gas fire got condemned and plumbers started showing up measuring the house to install central heating. Then today she was sent an eviction notice stating no actual reason. Very rude and unprofessional and for what it is the rent to me seams a little high. I will never ever rent or buy a house using this company even though they are now with Brown Co or if they had my dream house.
