Really poor after sale care. Car arrived with a smashed indicator and it's taken 6 weeks of badgering them to finally get the part sent to me even though it was allegedly bought weeks ago. I am now also having to pay 25 to the DVLA to get a new logbook because the car was never registered to me which is just plain incompetent. I have now also been waiting more than a week to be refunded for the cost of registering the car in my name. They make a habit of ignoring emails and avoiding issues that need addressing, totally unprofessional. Buying my first car should have been an amazing feeling but it's been a headache from day one and I would certainly not recommend A&R to anyone.

My husband Anthony bought a car from A&R Carriages a week ago and was pleased with the customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which he found reassuring. They were great at communicating and responded quickly. He wants to thank the whole team and thank you Craig.
