My boiler was broken down and I was told that the soonest appointment I could get would be Friday or later, I was worried due to the extreme cold weathers at the moment and didn't want to be without heating or hot water. However, they managed to book a 24-hours emergency appointment and thankfully, in less than 3 hours a boiler engineer was at my door. This was Chris Ellis, who was extremely poilite, very helpful, knowledgable and without needing many details of the issue, knew exactly was wrong. He completely exceeded my expectations and was a million times more helpful than I could have imagined. Thank you Chris for all your help, I really appreciated all your service.

I'd give zero if possible. They removed communal Front doors for know reason at all ,didn't even have the decency to inform me about this in February when it happened. Now.this started in February and still aint fixeddue to the security of the flat being comprised there has been a burglary, also flats freezing cold now due to no doors .
