Pure Movement Pilates

This is a great place, where the Pilates is delivered in a traditional style that links as close to Joseph Pilates philosophy as I have witnessed. On top of that I know that the owner Karen works hard to deliver extra training and outdoor work based on other courses to make sessions fun and get clients results.

Karen is one of the most amazing people and trainers. She is positive, great to talk to, an expert in her field and makes you feel empowered and confident. She works with you, not against you, and is dedicated to your mental and physical progress. Couldn't recommend pure movement pilates enough! Thanks Karen!!!

I attend mat work classes with Karen which since lock down have been online. I wondered how well they would work but they are great and due to the limit on numbers Karen is still able to watch us all and correct us when needed. I would highly recommend these classes. They are good fun and everyone can work to their own ability.

Review from Wendy - Wonderful, amazing team at Pure Movement Pilates. Tower classes (which includes Reformer work) have strengthened my core and really helped with movement in my whole body. Teachers are precise and take the time to work with you on your alignment and work the right muscles. Karen, Jo, Louise - you are great and I always feel energised after your classes!

Great workout on Saturday at the studio with Karen. I'm feeling better than I have done in ages. After the Christmas break it was great to be back in the studio. I was expecting to use the tower or reformer but no, Karen mixed it up and I had an amazing session using the equipment from Karen's faster training. Great fun it gets the heart rate up, mobility back in limbs and works on your coordination.
