        I got a courtesy car through my insurance and the process was easy from start to finish and the staff were very helpful. I got a really nice new car (Vauxhall Corsa), the staff showed me how to use it. I was unsure how long my own car would take to be repaired and even though it was a while there was no issues / extra hidden charges with this. They were easily contactable by email with quick replies. When I got my car back they let me arrange a time and day that suited me to drop it back. They didn't try and blame me for any preexisting dents etc (I had pictures ready before taking the car home just in case). It was a quick and easy drop off. Good service and really nice car!
