        High quality - this is the real kefir, not supermarket fake ones. I would recommend this 100%, Ive been consuming this kefir for months, it s absolutely amazing, it doesnt even compare with what you can find in a supermarket.

        I have started using Nourish Kefir. The company is incredible. I had two lengthy talks with Deborah. The customer service is out of this world. I chose four bottles of goats kefir and four bottles of milk kefir. I like the flexibility. The kefir really tastes delicious. I have great confidence that the kefir will help with my gut issues and my overall health.

        THIS is the real stuff! I grew up drinking kefir and after a 30 year hiatus I was on the hunt for the original stuff which is hasnt been commercialised. Real kefir is fizzy and this one did not disappoint! Its full of healthy hut bacteria and its yummy. No wonder it received a Great Taste Award. Try both cows and goats kefir, they are beyond tasty.
