Amazing customer support provided by Evergreen power in getting our solar panel system installed. We were having issues with our app but they patiently explained as its a 3rd party app so sometimes there are issues with it but as long as there is red light in the meter and everything displayed on the inverter screen system is working fine. I contacted the inverter support directly to get the app working and apparently they are updating their app so for sometime it would behave like this, overall i am very happy with their service. Highly recommended. Thanks
