If I could give a -5, I would. My advice to any prospective buyer is steer clear of this builder. The workmanship is appalling, the customer service is non-existent. Biggest regret to have had to deal with a flat built by this company who really should not be allowed to construct anything! Steer clear

Bought a flat from Quantum 1 year ago and they are yet to fix the issues with the flooring, skirting boards, doors, inadequate painting, the list goes on.. All issues outlined in an official document from a snagging company. No heating in my hallway so the temperate is 9 degrees, with the heating on. Ive expressed my concerns countless times via email/ phone calls. The flat is freezing and when it snowed, even worse. Terrible customer service. I have not been able to enjoy my new home and would not recommend.

We bought a home from them in March, The Thickets. Absolutely awful customer service, constantly finding issues since we moved and still cannot fully enjoy our new home. I have sent relentless emails and no response, there is nobody who takes charge and nobody responds, communication is very poor. All residents in this development feel the same and we are all fed up with them. What they state you are covered for they just do not want to address!!! Worst company ever to buy a new home from, thinking of legal action against them.

Bought a house from Quantum around 8 months ago, they still havent addressed the snagging list ! Weve had issues with plumbing, leaks, doors and flooring - most of it would be forgivable if there was any sort of customer service but there simply isnt. Responses from Quantum vary from completely ignoring you, stalling tactics or empty promises. If youre thinking of buying a Quantum home my advice would be dont, they have a disgraceful attitude towards their customers and you will almost certainly regret your purchase.
