        Its been great working with this agency really but i am scoring them 4 stars because of how sometimes i have to travel over 30mins to a service user's location

        A very good care company. They have taken care of my sister for nearly 4 years. Carers are polite and punctual on the whole. Despite recent covid crisis the service has remained of a high standard.

        This firm cares for my mother who has Alzheimers. They have been the subject of safeguarding complaints for failing to deliver the care package. Instances when care is for 30 minutes the carer has left after 7. If the review could give0 stars I would. A third rate bucket shop operation allocated work by LB Croydon purely on the fact they are cheap. Use them at your peril.
