Johnson Hewitt assisted me in securing a rental property in Southfields. Glen was helpful and professional throughout and for me 2 things stood out: 1) they didnt run the rental search process like an auction , accepting only the highest bid; rather, they helped me to secure at the listing price (therefore, preventing me from being gazumped). secondly, Glen helped me to fast track the move-in date, which helped me immensley, as I was to move in against tight timescales. Would highly recommend Johnson Hewitt for their "word is their bond" approach.

Good local estate agent and letting agent. Over the last 15+ years we have used both Adam and Glen to let our three one-bedroom flats in Croydon and Purley and have always found them to be efficient, professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. In December 2022 we awarded the sale of a one-bedroom Croydon rental property to Glen and, in addition, asked him to handle the delicate matter of terminating the sitting tenant who had been there for over 19 years. This was carried out by Glen in a legal and professional manner far better than we could have done ourselves and the tenant completed his move-out process by 6am Monday 24th April; Exchange of Contracts took place later that day; and Completion was on Wednesday afternoon 26th April. Well done, Glen, and thanks also to Adam when Glen was incommunicado.
