Increasingly dismissive. I've been with this practice for nearly 30 years and I can no longer meet anyone face-to-face. They ask you to send photos and then dismiss your actual inquiries with advice an AI could write more personally. I had a few concerns that I wanted to share with the doctor but because you have to limit your 'appointment' to one concern, they don't bother to cross-reference anything you include in the notes. I sent in my blood pressure results and they sent me a message saying that I need to submit my results (which I had) and then closed my case so I can't even respond. No wonder I have multiple underlying health conditions that never get addressed.

The booking system is distressing. Just let me book via nhs app please, like a normal gp, like you used to. Getting an appt here has got exponentially harder over the years. Now Parkside are using some 3rd party service to manage appts - who are these randoms I'm giving my personal details to? Disgraceful. Just tell me directly you are unable to help rather than adding so many barriers.

This practice is a disgrace. The doctors are brilliant but the admin prevents you from actually seeing them. Definitely don't use this practice if you have a career. Not suitable for teachers.

Tried to get an appointment through the Web page, where you have to write up everything that is wrong and supply pictures. The doctor then messaged me back but there's no way to have a conversation here. The doctor just replies and that's the end of it. In this example the doctor just said that my insect bite looked like it was healing and finished it there. That wasn't the case at all and the bite was getting worse and spreading. A simple back and forth conversation could of sorted this out, if only I was able to reply to the message. Using the message service was quite simple but the fact there's no back and forth really makes it pointless and it was just a waste of time for everyone which only left me in a worse way

Very good. I have had exceptional care here and so have my young family.
