I've worked with the agency three years ago and again recently. What a lovely experience it's been, in a very stressful situation with plenty of uncertainty. Paul and Annabelle have always been so lovely and friendly, shared their knowledge with me and reassured me when needed. We recently sold our property with John Dallas. From the start to finish, they have just been brilliant. Before choosing John Dallas our property was with a different agent, who barley managed to get any viewings for us. We then did a bit of research and went ahead with John Dallas. It turned out to be the best decision we made. They got us a offer within a week of the property being in the market. We found them to be the most genuine out of all. They were very honest and genuinely cared about selling our property. We were not just a number in their books. We are so glad we chose them.
