Agent on inspection of the flat told us the flat is in very good condition and next people can move in straightaway. No damages from our side , we did maintain flat in good condition. After we moved out of the country and the flat they said they claiming damages and we wouldn't get our deposit back . Be careful people or you will get robbed of your hard earned money .

It took over 12 months to sell my flat. 2 failed sales and 4 different agents meant it was a pretty disappointing experience. Other than the marketing, they were simply not able to handle the work to help progress the sale thereafter. They eventually sold it so I have to be grateful for that, hence the 3 star rating. I hope they can improve and be more mindful of the seller in the future.

I have recently moved into a new property with help from Barnard Marcus. What a smooth and seamless transition everything was! So easy; no stress or confusion - myself and my fiance felt so blessed by how everything worked out and how this particular company was so helpful! There is a clear excellence and determination that their work is carried out with and this provides a distinction and stand-out service compared to other estate agents that I have gone through before. But I say all of this to emphasise that this was only possible because of Joe! Ultimately, all of the positive remarks above are aimed towards him because he is the one who assisted us and did so much and was so communicative throughout the entire process, never leaving us in the dark.
