We hit a number of unforeseen issues and delays which unfortunately dragged our sale out over two painful years, but every step of the way Richard and his team have gone above and beyond to navigate us through with endless patience and constructive advice, and made every stressful situation much easier to bear. Throughout this entire time the team have been utterly faultless - their communication skills are excellent, their expertise invaluable and above all the level of service they provide went above and beyond our expectations time and time again. I could not count the number of times in which one of the team came up with a proactive and cost-effective solution to a problem, with a compassion towards the wellbeing of our tenants and our interests and responsibilities as owners.
