Disgusting company dont pay your money correctly. Staff are clueless and unprofessional.Worst care company ever to exist!

Worst Company I ever worked for they dont care about their Carers or Service User. Most carers never had training in medication training or any training or speak any English. Doreen the Care Manager is a hypocrite and talked about Jesus but is the Devil herself. Please dont send your loved ones to this Company.

I cant recommend this Care Agency high enough for families to be reassured your loved ones are in good hands! My father was cared for with the highest standards that I could have hoped for! They were very understanding and helped with his care, through his later life of cancer coupled with onset of dementia. They were caring and always there to understand and answer any questions if I called for updates on my father... Nothing seemed to much trouble! I was very impressed with the supervisor Ivy (South Croydon branch) who was so lovely and helpful towards me. If I had any concerns about my father she went out of her way to take time to listen, understand and reassure! I couldnt recommend this agency enough for the care of my father and the carers that were looking after him! Thanks Premier! Lisa x
