    Booked a Wedding Limousine for my daughters Wedding and i could not have been happier great service from the admin Team through to the chauffeur Andrew on the day thank you very much london limo hire and everybody else photographer etc for making my daughter's wedding day just perfect, i hope i can recommend you to others

    Absolutely appalling service. The car was NOT as advertised on the website, seats were torn, and the inside was dirty. Certainly wasn't what we were expecting. Absolutely ruined our day. Owner unhelpful and downright rude! Use a reputable company, not these fly by night cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! *ADDED* I DID book with you, you ruined my day, and don't even have the courtesy to admit your wrongdoing! I think its only right and fair that potential customers know and understand what they will be getting for their money...a poor service, no help and rude, unhelpful owners! I WILL NOT BE REMOVING MY REVIEW, AS IT FAIRLY REFLECTS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY. (I can shout in CAPS LOCK TOO!) AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! #Update No2#. I think it speaks volumes about your company when you have a seriously dissatisfied customer, and wont accept responsibility, and claim I'm a 'competitor', when in fact all I'm doing is warning potential customers BEFORE they book, that they should in fact go elsewhere. As is my right. You really aren't doing yourself any favours, and are coming across as aggressive, rude and most unhelpful. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS LET THIS BE A WARNING OF THE STANDARD OF SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE SHOULD THINGS GO WRONG!!!!!
