Thank you Daniel for a great service today regarding my broken boiler. Daniel was very efficient and spotted the issue straight away! Left my kitchen in the way it was found. Highly recommend!

Such a horrible service I have received today - called for a boiler service, was waiting for an engineer all day (I needed to confirm in a text his attendance.... About which I did not know and it was not clearly explained). He arrived late afternoon, checked in a rushy boiler, it took him 15 minutes.....) said it was faulty, announced a fault just briefly.... Then I was alone at home, and was not happy with the service I received, I expressed this and he stayed at my place refusing to leave until I paid 90.00!!!! for this. I was intimidated and actually a bit scared..... I said to him in a text that I would report it to GAS Safety and Ombudsman. He promised to provide a detailed report which is normally given when the service is carried out however, I had just received an invoice with one line that my boiler is faulty! I can not believe and I have never been in a situation like this!
