This was a project that I had been planning for some considerable time and had spent 6 months getting quotes and doing my due diligence before settling on Access Garage Doors a local firm with a showroom in Croydon. I had done a national search of electric garage door suppliers and installers and chose Access Garage Doors due to their previous customer reviews and also the professional service that I received from the sales staff in their Brighton Road showroom. I met Ed Curtis in the showroom and is customer service and that of the installers has always been above exemplary, this company have offered me ongoing customer support and service and after having my electric garage door installed for 4 years now, I can fully review the quality of their product. The door has worked perfectly for the duration and the only issues I have had are as a consequence of backup batteries which need replacing in either the handset or the door itself. I now set a reoccurring appointment in my phone to change these batteries annually and instantly major disaster averted!! I cannot endorse Access Garage Doors enough as a company and the neat and tidy work of their engineers to anyone considering a premium quality electric garage door, gone are the distant memories of getting out the car in June with the rain pouring down (English weather) with bags of shopping and tackling the cantilever door as if on a Mission Impossible assignment. I just press the remote fob the door is fully open within 20 seconds and in with no fuss and bags get unloaded at my leisure with the sort of convenience that you will wonder how you ever existed without it once installed (my install was done in a day with close coordination with my builders), just another example of their great service. I was extremely fortunate that I searched the web for 6 months looking at all available options before settling on Access Garage Doors, trust me these guys are the real deal and I am honestly super pleased with the quality of my door, the professional service and the friendly and ongoing customer service and support Thank You Access Garage Doors.

Good communication from start to finish. Fitters arrived at agreed time (Dave Cook) and did an excellent job. Tidy and courteous throughout. Highly recommend and would use again.

I ordered Ryterna sided hinged doors for my small garage opening in April. Unfortunately due to miscommunication the wrong colour was ordered and we had to refuse delivery when they arrived in August. At this point I was worried that Access would begin to lay blame elsewhere and demand payment for doors which were patently a different colour to the ones ordered. However all of the staff at Access stepped up; they apologised, came back out to resurvey, took extensive photos to ensure the colour was going to match and placed the new order. Time from ordering to having them installed was 7 months, however the way Ed, Chris and Dave reacted was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The doors look great, and I would leave 4 1/2 stars if I could (7 months is a bit long to wait for garage doors), however if you are reading this review and are in the market for bespoke, high quality garage doors then I strongly urge you to give Access a go.
