If you are going to work as an electrician or mate becareful as the director of the company trying to deceive you about payments. They offer you a trial with a lower rate payment (than a normal payment for a spark ) but they never pay you if you are the one who are going to leave the job (after trial) because of their poor management and poor helth & saftey procedure . Technically , they abuse and exploit the electricians who work for them in this short trial period . Not organised even from the first day as they forgot to put my name in induction list and after 2 hours that I was freezing outsite they told me "sorry go home and come back another day" .... About health and safty they have so poor procedure. I was working in a long dark corridor , I asked for a light (but Mark the supervisor told me sorry " we dont have any light") I asked him to provide me a Pico (lift machine) , after 1 hour he(Mark) cameback with a broken Pico ....when I was showing my disagreement , he said "it is what is " , " lift your hand up to reach the ceiling " he said to me . I worked 2 days ... the 3rd day I called for a sick call to Darren (another supervisor) (who realy is a well mannered and decent man ) . on the 4th day , I came back to work but nobody was at work (because of getting close to Christmas) unless Mark and another 2 electricians. when I asked for the key for the sitebox to get my tools out , Mike said " I don't have any extra key " , so technically I couldn't carry on work on that day ...so I left the site .... all during the christmas holiday my tools was in their sitebox locked and I lost some private job opportunity. I asked many times for the payment for that two days which I was working fully day but they never reply .
