Worst delivery ever they delivered a bed base and put it together wrong, was told we would get the mattress gave me a time slot and no delivery I phoned up and they hadn't put it out for delivery absolutely disgusted.

I was supposed to receive a piece of furniture which I ordered from sofaclub who use dale group for deliveries and have been waiting so long and not received anything for a month and a half.. I wonder how long it takes for a furniture to get from London to Wales. I guess I would have received my furniture faster if I had ordered from China !! I have been calling everyday and just realised these people don't even have a proper website or policy in place. I'm still waiting for one single sofa !! Never ever.. the agents keep lieing to u about the whereabouts !! Never !!

Still waiting for a sofa that we ordered from sofa club! This has been going on for 6 weeks. Between them we have received the worst customer experience I have ever had. They say that sofa club has the sofa, and sofa club says they have it?! It is seriously like the blind leading the blind. It has got to the stage where we have had to gwtvtrafing standards and our credit card company involved. Avoid at all cost.
