Overpriced and never stocked with what most people would consider basics. Went in there at 7pm on a Sunday - nothing in the vegetable aisle except for a lonely bag of potatoes and an apple. Plenty of crisps (a whole aisle) and ready meals (a whole fridge) though! Not sure what kind of diet they think the local demographic lives on...

Unfortunately 0 star is not an option. My local Tesco...... Should be convenient but I guess the staff and managers have forgotten what they are there for it seems. Recurrence in bad service it seems is their only constant. Mostly moody grumpy employees who can barely respond when you say hello, heavy sights and eyes rolling when you decide to use a non robotic till. More heavy sights if you tell them you want to use your clubcard which I believe they should ask you for, automatically charging you for bag even if you do not request one (best one was a bag added for the purchase of one pack of rizzla papers) . If your staff cannot be bothered to serve customers ( I know I demand a lot expecting to be served in a shop) then maybe you should stop serving tobacco products and offer a cash option on the automatic sale points. That's bad enough but today they went the extra mile... Went there to purchase a coffee and tobacco. Stood at the till waiting to be served for 8mns until I decided that the corner shop will be a better option. Not only this Tesco is more expensive than the corner shop but wow it definitely isn't worth the time. Stood there 8mns. In this rather long wait when you are the only customer in the shop (now I know why), the manager walked pass me twice. Completely ignored me, not even a response when I said hello. 2 members of staff went pass me and yet again, no acknowledgement other than one of them looking me up and down and then proceeded in carrying on ignoring me.... Sufficient to say I am not too happy, but in a way they did me a favour. Have been rather unimpressed recently with prices going up while quality is getting worse and worse. So could you please apologise to your employees for me and let them know I will never be an inconvenience to them again as I will never shop in any Tesco ever again as an individual and will also ban all Tesco purchases in my 3 professional kitchens in central London. Guess my 1600 weekly fresh ingredients will be purchased from another brand as from today. T
