'CREATIVE BILLING'! My honest opinion of the service I received from Rochelles Cleaning is as follows: I contracted Rochelles to clean one of my properties. The cleaners who attended looked African and spoke virtually no English. The cleaning was poor which was one thing, however they lied about how long they were on site which for me is far worse as they clearly cannot be trusted. I have had a lot of end of tenancy cleans done in my time and none were anything like as expensive as Rochelles, the cost was 50% more than most.

Used this company to clean all floors in a commercial Centre. Service was very flexible, working over 3 days to minimise disruption to our services. Friendly staff and a spotless clean. Thanks again.

Appalling service. Booked in a professional end of tenancy clean, but was given a substandard basic domestic clean. Once this became apparent I called the office to give them the opportunity to put things right and provide the cleaner with the right tools to carry out the professional clean that she was booked to do. The manger came to the house but was extremely rude and condisending although acknowledged all the defects with the clean and promised to provide a professional cleaner the next day. 10 minutes after he left I received a TEXT to say that they would not be returning and they then ignored my calls. I find it surprising and disappointing that a professional company can fail to give their work force basic equipment and are unable to communicate the client requirements to their own staff. And that they are so cowardly as to communicate with dissatisfied customers via text.
