I didnt use the service but I turned up at the door and I didnt know it was appointment only. He said to me If you googled me you would have seen it was appointment only. Which I think it quite rude customer service. I understand he was busy but i didnt appreciate that comment or tone. He let me come inside and look at the frames as I asked but I just didnt feel that welcome. Also what I saw on google it didnt show that it was appointment only, it says the shop was open.

I can't actually write a review about the work of this company as I was made to feel most unwelcome. I am a disabled woman and asked if they had a chair so I could sit on whilst looking at frames. A woman who was totally disinterested told me they only had a small stool which was not for my purpose. She promised I would get a phone call by the following Wednesday. It never happened so I did not bother turning up to the allotted appointment on the Friday. Thank you for making me feel so worthless, I guess as a disabled person my money is equally so.

Just visited Paolo's gallery, and he was lovely and helpful. We were there for some time, a little spoiled for choice and indecisive but we didn't feel rushed at all. He has a great eye for framing with a lot of options! We definitely recommend!

A visit to Pablo's art gallery inspired a chapter in my book 'Peace, Love & Jazz!' about a therapeutics quest to connect with other kindred spirits in Sanderstead. Although the event described in that part of the book in the art gallery is fictional, I did buy a wonderful original painting which I love! Thank you.

We've been having our various pictures and prints framed here for several years now,. Paolo has never disappointed in his politeness and helpfulness, always giving good advice, and his work is always to a fantastic standard for a reasonable price.
