        ive found most staff to be polite and helpful (bar 1) but the thing that is wrong is closing the post office after first post. your license states opening times, The owners cant afford to pay lottery tickets never mind hire more staff to man the post office.

        Post office staff have no clue about the parcel sizes or pricing.. Using 2 year old sizing guides. Bring back the staff who knew their job.staff don't like it when you tell them the right way, customer is always right, remember that!!
