Just want to say the pharmasist today was exceptionally helpful and informative. Quick service too, I wanted to comment on this as although may have been issues at times here, people are keen to complain but not as keen to praise so praise where praise is due. Thanks

Shameful service. Worst chemist in our area by far. Never have medication in stock and staff are incompetent.

Its like reading reviews for another pharmacy entirely looking at past reviews! The staff here are lovely, accommodating, helpful. I've just rung at 5pm and they answered straight away, confirmed that my prescription was there and advised me what time to come pick up my medication. I've never had a problem picking up prescriptions from here. They're sometimes extremely busy but are always professional and never rude or hasty. I'm moving away from the area soon and already dreading having to go to another pharmacy as this one is so convenient and never had any issues with them!

Absolutely shocking service. Despite the staff being very lovely and friendly Ive had numerous prescriptions that havent been given to me due to them not having them and being told to go else where. For me this isnt an issue however for the older people who would struggle transport wise and their desperate need for the medication it is wrong. I had an antibiotic prescribed to me today which they didnt have nor sharlston. I then had to go to a pharmacy in sandal for this which could potentially be a lot of stress and annoyance for someone not as able with transport or being supported by someone else - I waited in the pharmacy 30 mins before being told they couldnt give me the medication I needed. Needs sorting and quick
