        I love both the yoga/pilates sessions so would recommend this class to anyone who's interested as the instructor is very welcoming with a warm, caring personality that shines, helping create a positive atmosphere everytime. Her passion for yoga/ pilates is clear to see and has you coming back week after week because you have someone who clearly enjoys it as much as you do.

        A great studio conveniently located on my way home from work so no excuse not to go! Love Pilates even with bands & weights & other equipment oh & Plank & Push ups & dont forget Pulse! The Yoga sessions are very relaxing & definitely help improve flexibility. I thoroughly enjoy the yoga workshops Aneliese organises, me time well spent on a Sunday evening On line studio is really good value for money with lots of classes & was a life saver when the studio had to close.
