this post office overcharges you and doesnt ask you what you want before you give your parcel to them.
I asked for an item to be posted, 1.976kg and within the dimensions of second class shipping requirements.
The cashier mumbled something about 11, so I responded by saying the item is worth 20.. insinuating that he clarify what he meant by 11.
When asked what the cost of the item was, it was 11, first class and signed for. I agree that the price of this service is 11, but I wasnt asked what service I wanted in the first place. eBay recommends 4.10 for an item of this weight and dimension.
I asked is it too late to cancel? The cashier said it was too late to cancel. I then said I disagree with the price and I want my parcel back, he began taking the labels off (so obviously, it wasnt too late).
Not only do they overcharge, but they try their luck with customers too.
