I came to Heidi having not left my village for months due to a fear of being in a car. Id been in cars all my life and had never been overly confident but it had never gotten in the way of my life before. I bought a package of 6 sessions and by the end of my 5th I am now confidently travelling up and down motorways and I have my life back. I also took a big leap to starting a new career and I think its down to my overall confidence being so much better since hypnotherapy. Thank you Heidi

I recently took my 10yo daughter to see Heidi, she has a number of complex learning difficulties, and suffers crippling social anxiety, this usually manifests during daily transition from one environment / task to the next. We have a number of strategies in place to help her cope but when there is a short notice change to her routine, these can prove insufficient. Recently she had to see the dentist for toothache and several cavities were identified, after several attempts to reassure her that it was necessary we got her in the dentist chair only for her to be completely overwhelmed and have an anxiety attack. To avoid having to go into hospital for extractions, we gave hypnotherapy a a try. I have absolutely no idea how it worked, but it worked, really worked, not just for the dentist (all cavities thoroughly drilled and filled) but she is now less anxious as a whole, and even went on her first school trip to the Space Centre last week. I have had 6 sessions with Heidi for various problems including social anxiety & help coming off of prescription drugs.. I have found myself able to go out & socialise without changing my mind last minute & have actually been able to enjoy myself, I find I have more confidence & cant thank Heidi enough for her kindness, understanding, professionalism & obvious skill as a hypnotherapist

Before I began my journey with Heidi I had been suffering from severe anxiety for eight years, seeing a private therapist for the past seven years. I had an episode of crisis at the beginning of this year and honestly could not see a way in which my life could continue. A few months ago I came across Heidi's Facebook page and felt drawn to find out more and there is where my life changed! After a few sessions I felt significant changes - I was no longer identifying as 'anxiety' but beginning to find my authentic self - feeling calmer, stronger. Feelings of not being good enough, complete lack of self worth, not feeling ok in my own skin were staring to fade. I now find joy in every single day and I am looking forward to a fulfilling future, instead of looking back with guilt and regret. I cannot thank Heidi enough for her patience, kindness and empathy. She put me at ease from the beginning and I felt a real connection with her. I am eternally grateful to you, no words can explain the profound affect you have had on my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow, I want to first start by saying Thankyou to Heidi shes amazing ! I went to Heidi for panic and anxiety, I was at a point where I was struggling to leave the house , hated driving and getting stuck in traffic, I wanted to give this a try before upping any medication and things and its unbelievable the difference she made , I can go out and enjoy myself I can go out for food go out with my partner go and do things that I was dreaming of doing and I wouldnt have done this without her, at first I was unsure if it would work but after a few sessions it worked wonders then I had a set back but dont let this worry you if you do , 3 more sessions and I was nearly back to my old self and it worried me at first when she said I dont think you need any more sessions but she was right it just clicks in your brain and Im a new person I would highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with anxiety shes changed my life and I cant thank her enough for that!
