Called to see if 2 cars were available for a test drive and that I was travelling 60 miles to go there. Was told yes. On arrival, one of the cars is right at the back of the yard behind other cars, and won't start because there's no battery. The other is in the spray booth all masked up and in the middle of being sprayed. Total waste of my time and fuel. 120 miles for nothing. Not impressed.

never buy a car from this mob how they are allowed to sell is beyond me, known dpf fault = sensor fault - parking assist fault - stereo in/op and the level of service to rectify is non existent. worst fir mi have ever come across bodge it and they dont put it right. i will and have taken legal action. Dear Seven Bridges Garage Behind M&S BP Garage, Swindon SN6 6JR, I'm writing to you about the VAUXHALL INSIGNIA (KE11MWM) I bought from you for 2100.00 on 28/11/2022. The vehicle has a diesel particulate filter issue, exhaust sensor fault, parking assist fault and stereo console fault, aware when I collected and you promised to get back to repair but have since ignored me, i asked for a part refund to allow me to get the car fixed myself but still no offer to sort. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Seven Bridges Garage Behind M&S BP Garage, Swindon SN6 6JR that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the vehicle for less than 6 years, I am within my statutory rights to ask for a repair at no further cost to me. I look forward to hearing from you within 14 days with details of how you plan to resolve this matter. Oh look at this if only i had taken the time to review before buying. Bronte Roberts 5 reviews 5 months ago Bought a car from here in may. Was under huge pressure to get transport at time and willing to accept the number of obvious cosmetic faults it had. Knowing it wasn't perfect mechanically, I had it checked by an independent garage as soon as possible which was a week later. They returned to me a long list of faults and advised me to take it back. The dealer refused point blank that there was a problem with the car, saying it was "roadworthy" though it clearly isn't and I have independent evidence to support this. The new MOT had been done by the dealers mechanics and the independent garage told me they wouldn't have passed it and DVSC might be interested in speaking to the tester. I took advice from CAB and have been following their advice for weeks re communicating via formal letter as per consumer rights act 2015 and the trader has completely ignored me. I am unable to work due to long term illness and had to use all my meager savings to buy this car. I am in no position to throw away money and have had to get a significant loan from a family member to buy ANOTHER car that IS roadworthy. The dealers behaviour is having a significant negative effect on my health and being forced to take them to small claims court is a great concern as I only have limited support from adult social care services. I'm posting this as I would urge anyone thinking of buying from this dealer to get any vehicle checked BEFORE purchase, as once you've bought it they won't honour their legal responsibilities.

Worst buying experience in my life, brasilian curious mechanics that do dodgie "fixings", like passing faulty cars on MOT. And then asking me to identify myself? To do what? Selling me another lemon car, full of problems and defects to fail in the next MOT? Trying to talk Brazilian thinking that i am not going to understand the language?
