Too slow when busy could have two at counter

Boots up to yesterday I have always praised for service. But I was unable to get doctor appointment and Doctor's receptionist said she would contact boots Cricklade for the pharmacist to ring me for advice.(1000hrs ) They did not contact me till after 5pm which was to late in the day to do anything.

Very helpful and friendly staff, have even delivered the odd very heavy prescription of his food drinks - thanks Fiona. Appear a little slow serving sometimes but they very thorough.

Just doesnt function very well. Booked flu jab online in Aug for Oct. Phoned by pharmacy- no jabs available well call you next week. No call for 2 weeks. I phoned pharmacy and was offered appointment for flu jab for 6/11 at 10:20. I arrived for jab, no record of my booking, asked by a rude member of staff twice to provide evidence of my booking! Then at the counter one member of staff asking me to come back on Monday for the jab, whilst the rude female member of staff telling me Monday might not be possible and that shed have to bother her manager who is not working today! Like this situation is all my fault Obviously the person who gave me the appointment over the phone didnt process the appointment properly. Stuff happens but theres no excuse for rudeness when the customer is on the receiving end of very poor service.
