        Toilets blocked off yet again, assistant says they have been closed for days as they are blocked and has no idea when they will be fixed. Question where do the staff go to use toilet and more importantly where do they wash their hands. Is this an excuse not to have to clean the toilets??? Disgusting

        Stopped.at this services to get coffee and lucazade sport. As I was carrying the coffees my son carried the lucozade sport. The sales assistant then refused to sell me the lucozade sport as it would be a byproxy sale to a minor as he had touched it. Absolutely ridiculous. On further researching this, lucozade sport isn't even age restricted as caffeine level is less than 150mg per litre. Rude service attendant and better training required.
