I can highly recommend TLC property services. They did a great job managing a complex transition between tenants for our property recently. Tara and her team have great systems in place and have been responsive to any queries we had. She is great to work with and it has been a pleasure using TLC property. I would have no hesitation to use them again.

TLC - Totally Ludicrous Charges! Horrendous communication, charged over the top fees when exiting the property... which was in disrepair when I started renting it and just got worse! Charged me for carpet cleaning when someone walked in muddy boots AFTER I cleaned the carpets and exited the property. One carpet was massively stained when I took on the property and I cleaned the stain out... TLC tried to charge me for it. Tried to charge for pre-existing cigarette burns to curtains when I don't smoke. Tried to charge me cleaning fees at double the rate of my previous house (which was almost twice as big). Tried to charge me for a bag of cement or wall render which was left in the garden by a neighbour's workman - I hadn't given permission for them to access the garden in the first place. Tried to charge me exorbitant rates for the lawn not being mowed, when it was shorter than when I took on the property, and it had been torrential rain for a couple of weeks so I couldn't use my electric lawnmower safely. Repairs never attended to.... Rain leaked in the roof over my bedroom so I woke to water dripping on my face after a storm. TLC claimed the roof was fixed but I'd been home ill due to a chest infection caused by dampness in the property, and no-one attended the property to carry out this repair, unless they were Spiderman... Another room had very bad water damage due to the gutters being blocked. I tried to raise the gutter issue in good time, but requests for checks were ignored and/or dismissed. Both the house and personal items of mine were damaged by subsequent leaks. I checked all charges over, researched typical labour rates and parts prices for all items, and my bill magically reduced by 350 or so Avoid avoid avoid

Worst agency ever rent, half year try to call and ask fix lights and leaking water. Totally dont care about tenants. Not provide keys from electric box. Hope never gonna deal with them. Avoid if you can, if u want get any help
