Any anxiety you may have leaving your feline family will be replaced with reassurance that they will receive 5 care. The owners passion and commitment to providing a safe environment is evident straight away. Everything and more is openly on view from individual , excellent spacious "Chateaux", split levelled, equipped with cat tree, ramp to second level which is like a penthouse giving your feline a lovely outside panoramic view. Ideal to keep your cat (s) entertained during day. Jess accommodated our adolescent babies. Brother and sister which was reassuring as they have never been separated from kitten. Your encouraged to take anything that will reduce any stress or keep the home routine. Every detail or item is provided should it be needed in this safe, well designed , clean , warm , pleasantly smelling, cat hotel. Resident guests when we were checking in were happy, content, no sign of being stressed.May be relaxed by the back ground music which knowing Jess's attention to detail will be cat relaxation music. Her passion has produced a unique safe haven for your loved felines , we are so grateful. Highly recommended

Jess is a wonderful lady and loves our purry Queen as much as we do. Always accommodating even at the shortest of notice. Her chateaus really are lovely and she's gone that extra mile to make sure everyone's kitties are so well looked after. I would highly recommend Cricklade cattery every day of the week. Can only recommend Jess and Cricklade cattery! This was the first time my 2 cats went to a cattery, and after 3 weeks, it seemed like one of them was more than happy to stay with her (plus the fact my shy cat even went up to her for cuddles is testament to how relaxed the environment is there)! Regular video updates and quick responses helped put my mind at ease - would not hesitate to send my girls back in the future.

A wonderful place. Run by a vet nurse who adores animals and loves each and every cat in her care. She sends videos of your cat to reassure you about their care. I cant recommend it highly enough.
